Join a powerful gathering of women focused on rights, justice, and action, and what those words actually mean in our lives today: at work, at home, in leadership, and in how we build our futures.
This is a participatory event, not a sit-and-listen panel.
Hosted at The Reach Gallery, this event weaves together reflection, interaction, and conversation in a space shaped by culture, history, and creativity.
What the evening includes:
1. Opening Panel Reflection: Rights, Justice & Action
A grounded conversation on where women are today, legally, economically, emotionally and where action is still required. Honest. Relevant. No slogans.
2. Roundtable Discussions
Small-group, guided conversations around three critical pillars:
Wealth – Financial agency, access, mindset, and decision-making
Wholeness – Identity, boundaries, purpose, and self-leadership
Wellness – Mental, emotional, and physical sustainability for women who carry a lot
These are structured conversations with prompts, no rambling, no fixing, real insight.
3. Stories of Hope
The evening opens with brief, intentional stories from women whose lived experiences reflect resilience, leadership, and forward movement. These are not highlight reels; these are real stories of navigating barriers, reclaiming voice, and choosing action.
3. Leadership Game (Interactive)
A facilitated leadership experience designed to surface:
- Decision-making styles
- Power dynamics
- Voice, visibility, and influence
You’ll experience leadership, not just talk about it.
4. Collective Close: From Awareness to Action
Participants leave with one clear personal or collective action they are committing to beyond the event.
5. Guided Tour of The Reach Gallery
Participants will take part in a curated tour of The Reach Gallery. The tour creates space to slow down, observe, and connect meaning to the themes of the night.
Who this is for
Women who want substance, not performative empowerment.
Women who lead, influence, build, care, and want to do it with clarity and courage.
This is a space for thinking, speaking, and acting differently.
