International Women’s Day is not just a celebration.
It is a moment to pause, reflect, and commit to meaningful action.
Join us for a thoughtfully designed afternoon focused on women’s rights, justice, and lived realities, with space for dialogue, leadership, and connection.
Hosted at The Reach Gallery, this experience blends conversation, interaction, and art in a setting that invites reflection and depth.
This is a participatory experience, not a sit-and-listen panel.
The afternoon is designed for women who want substance, clarity, and intentional conversation around where we are today and how we move forward individually and collectively.
OPENING REFLECTION
Where women are today legally, economically, and emotionally and where action is still required.
STORIES OF HOPE
Brief, intentional stories from women whose lived experiences reflect resilience, leadership, and forward movement.
ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION
Small, guided group conversations centered on three critical pillars.
Wealth (financial agency, access, decision-making)
Wholeness (Identity, boundaries, purpose, and self-leadership)
Wellness (Mental, emotional, and physical sustainability for women who carry multiple roles)
INTERACTIVE LEADERSHIP GAME
A facilitated leadership experience that surfaces:
- Decision-making styles
- Power dynamics
- Voice, visibility, and influence
- Participants experience leadership in action, not theory.

Following the main program, at 3:00 pm, participants are invited to a 40-minute guided tour of The Reach Gallery, using art and place to reflect on the themes of the day.
